2. Products & Services

We sell physical products available for sale through our website and store.

All items are subject to stock.

3. Eligibility

Customers must be 18 years and above to buy from our website.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of sufficient age and jurisdiction as defined under UAE law.

Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Prices are inclusive of 5% VAT as per UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.

Payment terms will be indicated clearly on the checkout page.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders are accepted and subject to availability.

Order confirmation will be sent after your purchase is accepted.

Al Mahaliyah Trading L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at its discretion, including:

Out-of-stock situations

Suspected illegal transactions

7. Delivery

Delivery is made on working days and hours stated above.

No delivery will be made on private sector declared holidays in the UAE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al Mahaliyah Trading L.L.C. shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
