Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Al Mahaliyah Trading L.L.C., we strive to give our customers the best shopping experience possible. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are applicable.


1. Eligibility for Refund & Returns

You can request a return or refund if you have received:

A faulty product.

A product with a manufacturing defect.

An order that is not what you requested.


2. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product or packaging has been tampered with or compromised by the customer.

The product falls under perishable, intimate, health, or custom-made categories (except if defective).


3. Return Period & Refund Request

Refund and return requests must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.


4. Refund Process & Processing Time

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card or bank transfer).

Processing Time:

Credit card payments: Up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.

Bank transfers: Usually processed within 5–7 working days.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 10 hours of purchase.

If cancellation is requested after 10 hours and the order has already been shipped, the shipping charges will be payable by the customer.


6. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item shipped, return shipping will be free of cost, covered by Al Mahaliyah Trading L.L.C.

If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
