At Al Mahaliyah Trading L.L.C., we strive to get your orders delivered safely and on time. This policy explains our shipping methods, timeframes, and associated conditions.

1. Shipping Mediums

Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners.

Standard Delivery services are currently available.

Express Delivery will be introduced in the future (subject to availability).

2. Areas Covered

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Flat rate shipping may be charged unless otherwise stated.

Special promotions such as free shipping on orders above a certain amount may be offered occasionally.

4. Dispatch Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on holidays or non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days within the UAE (depending on delivery location).

Delivery timelines are also subject to courier partner availability and service coverage.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and tracking link.

You can use this tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

7. Delays & Disclaimers

Delivery may be delayed due to:

Public holidays and weekends.

Natural calamities, extreme weather, or unforeseen events.

Courier partner delays beyond our control.

Al Mahaliyah Trading L.L.C. shall not be held responsible for delays caused by such external factors.

8. Failed Deliveries / Undeliverable Packages

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of acceptance, the courier will usually re-attempt delivery.

If the package becomes undeliverable, it will be returned to us.

Refunds or reshipments will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
